SNAGA BILJA, u svom tekstu o ovoj čudesnoj biljki.
Pogledajte njen recept
OVDE, sve je detaljno i lepo objašnjeno.
Nadamo se da će đumbir postati deo i vaše svakodnevice, ukoliko već nije, a ako vas interesuju sva njegova lekovita dejstva pogledajte

“As per Quran, what do you think the common ingredient is on the menu in Heaven and King Arthurs menu? The answer is very simple, the guests were served ginger.” Our friend Momcilo, who is also the author of the site
Power of Herbs wrote an article about this miraculous plant.
We like to treat our self every day with a cup of ginger tea, what became our cure for every little thing that’s bugging us: if you feel nausea, if you have a cold, sore throat, headache, we tell you, it works for everything!!! It is very easy to make: take one small ginger root and wash it (if you wish peel it) and cut in small circular pieces. Around 6-8 pieces is enough for one cup of tea, but it all depends on the strength of the taste that you desire. Take the ginger and put it in the cup of boiled water, and live it to sit for about 10-20 minutes. You don’t have to drain it. The taste of ginger is little bit on a spicy side, so if you prefer, you can add some honey to your tea. If you have a sweet tooth, there is crystallized ginger, you can buy it or make it yourself. It is also very healthy! Honestly, we are lucky that our Tanja knows, and is willing to make it for us, whenever we feel like having some! You can take a look at her recipe
HERE . It is very beautifully explained and in great detail.
We do hope that ginger will become part of your daily diet, if not already, and if you are interested in all of its remedial powers, take a look
